CLANDESTINO COFFEE CUPPING
In our pursuit of the world’s finest coffee we are continually tasting different coffees in a process called Cupping. We cup for defects and to evaluate the coffee aroma and the flavour profile of a coffee and for different brewing methods.
At Clandestino we cup each and every origin before serving to our customers and we invite you to share in this experience with one of our cupping sessions which we hold every Tuesday morning at 8.00am. Its just a small group each week, its free, and if you are interested in coffee, we think you will enjoy it.
We also offer private group cupping sessions.
