  • Determine correct espresso beverage weights and coffee:milk ratios
  • Set espresso machine volumetrics
  • Use a Refractometer
  • Measure TDS and determine extraction yields
  • Achieve perfect extraction 
  • Create perfect microfoam and manage milk for Latte Art
