Start a flexible coffee subscription - you can mix and match and build your own experience. Click on the product page of the coffee you want to receive in your coffee delivery and select the “Subscribe and Save” option, then set your delivery frequency.

Now choose your preferred bag size and quantity - and add the coffee to your cart. Keep adding products until you're ready to go to checkout.

Sign into your account and go to “Manage Subscriptions” section of your customer portal to:

• Change the amount of coffee 
• Swap for another coffee if you feel adventurous
• Skip your next delivery date 
• Update your shipping address if you move house or want us to send a shipment to a friend instead

• Pause your subscription or skip a shipment
• Cancel your subscription anytime 

You’re earning credits with each processed subscription order. Credits are accumulating in your account until you're ready to use them towards your upcoming order. Double click the "Auto-apply to the next order" slider to apply your credit value.

View your available credit balance in the customer portal by logging in to your account and clicking on “View your next order". If you're looking for your reward points, read about our recent Loyalty Program update here.

If you generated a discount in greater value than your upcoming subscription order, it will apply the remaining balance to the next one.

Start with the Bronze tier and earn 5% credit on each purchase, Silver (earn 10% credit), Gold (Earn 15% credit), Platinum (Earn 20% credit), Platinum One (Earn 25% credit) until you work your way up to the Diamond tier that will reward you with 30% credit on each purchase!

We pack subscription orders every Tuesday morning which is when we start roasting each week. Except your first subscription order, which will be packed and shipped after you place it. Can’t get your coffee fresher than that.

We offer subscriptions on all house blends and single origins. When we roast our last batch of single origins and limited editions, we make sure our subscribers get the last bags as a priority.
