How does it work?

1. Enjoy 10% OFF all coffee

Select the ‘Subscribe’ option when you’re adding coffee on the product page to your cart. Choose the number of bags and frequency of delivery. Repeat this process for any other coffees if you want to mix it up a little and receive different blends in the same order.

2. FREE SHIPPING on orders with 3+ bags

Your first coffee subscription delivery will be shipped after placing your first order. We offer flat rate shipping for subscription orders of 1 and 2 bags and free shipping for bigger ones.

3. Never run out of coffee again

Kick back & relax! We’ll automate everything else for you and send out a freshly roasted batch of coffee according to your preferred schedule.

4. Adjust your coffee subscription anytime - it's flexible

If you find that you need your coffee more or less frequently, or want to change when your next order will be processed, simply log in to your account and update your delivery date. It’s easy to pause, change or cancel your coffee subscription at any time.

5. Keep earning REWARD POINTS with 
each shipment

When you purchase a coffee subscription, you’ll be earning reward points with each recurring order. Through our Loyalty system, you can then turn them into subscription discounts to apply to your future automated orders.

How do I start a coffee subscription?

When placing your first subscription order, go to "Coffee" in our online store menu and choose the coffee you want to subscribe to. Select “subscribe” instead of "one-time purchase", select your ideal frequency, amount of coffee and grind (if you don’t have a grinder at home).

Will I be paying more for a subscription?

Quite the opposite! Our subscriptions are 10% cheaper while you still collect your online reward points with each delivery. Regular shipping dates allowed us to look at more valuable shipping options, so you’ll get flat rate shipping for 1 and 2 bags and free shipping for larger orders. 

How can I edit my subscription?

Our coffee subscriptions are super flexible. After you create your account, just sign in and go to “Manage Subscriptions” section to be able to:

  • Change the amount of coffee we send you
  • Swap for another coffee if you want to try something else
  • Skip your next delivery date (if you won’t be at home)
  • Update your shipping address if you move house or want us to send a shipment to a friend instead

Do you need a coffee break? It doesn’t happen often but if you do, you can easily:

  • Pause your subscription anytime
  • Cancel your subscription anytime (although we’ll be sad to see you go!)
Can I change the frequency of my order?

Yes. We want you to match your delivery frequency with your coffee consumption so you're always happy and caffeinated. You can update the number of weeks you want between deliveries any time.*

*Please allow 24 hours before the next shipment with no changes.

Go to “Subscriptions” in the menu > Click on your active subscription > Click “Order frequency” to adjust the frequency of your coffee shipment > Click “Update frequency” to save your changes.

I’m an existing customer. Do I still collect reward points if I jump on a subscription?

Yes. You’re still earning reward points with each subscription order. You can apply them to get a discount when purchasing any products on our website or get a discount for your next subscription shipment. Make sure you create the right coupon though - for subscriptions, you'll need one of our special subscription coupons. 

How do I generate a subscription coupon?

First, you will need to generate a “subscription coupon” in our rewards section. Login to your account > Go to rewards pop up window > Ways to Redeem > Select your subscription coupon > Redeem

Make sure you select one of our predefined “Subscription coupons” (in the value of $10, $20, $30, $40, $50 or $100). Don’t use the ‘Shop Order Discount’ as these can be applied to one-off orders only and won’t work on your subscription.

You’ll see the code generated on the screen straight away and also get an email notification with the code to apply through your “Manage subscriptions” page.

How do I use my subscription discount coupon?

Login to your account > Click on “Subscriptions” in the menu > Select your active subscription to apply discount > Click on “Apply discount code” on the bottom of the page > Paste the code into the “Discount Code” field. Click “Apply discount”

If you generated a discount in greater value than your subscription order, it will apply the balance to the next one automatically.

How much is the shipping?

You get free shipping on subscriptions of 3 and more bags. We offer flat rate shipping starting at $10 for 1 bag and $5 for 2 bag subscriptions.

When do you send out the subscription orders?

We pack subscription orders every Tuesday which is when we start roasting each week. Except your first subscription order, which will be packed and shipped after you place it on our website. Can’t get your coffee fresher than that.

What if I am going away for holidays?

There is a self managed stop-start option so whenever you are going away, you can simply “pause” your subscription until you’re back from travels. Alternatively, you can divert the delivery to a friend in the meantime by updating your shipping address.

Go to “Subscriptions” in the menu and select your coffee subscription you want to pause > Click on “Skip this order” button on the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, set a date when you’re back to resume your coffee subscription by clicking on “Next order” and manually adjusting the date.

What happens to my subscription if the coffee goes off the menu?

We offer subscriptions on all our coffees, including single origins available in limited amount that we offer until we run out. When we’re getting close to roasting our last batch, we’ll make sure you as a subscriber get the last bags as a priority.

You’ll also get an email notification when we are about to run out so that you can swap for another coffee in time. There are always plenty more single origins coming!

How can I add / swap a coffee in my subscription?

Go to “Subscriptions” in the menu > Click on “Add coffee”

Now search for the coffee you want to receive instead.

Alternatively, you can open your active subscription and click on the button “Swap”

I don’t have a grinder. Do you only send whole beans?

We can ground the coffee for your preferred brewing method, no worries.

Simply select the grind you want us to apply to your orders when starting your subscription. We offer the best hand grinder on the market for a very reasonable price if you wanted to take your brewing to the next level. Coffee always tastes best if ground freshly.

I can’t login to my account. Help?

Try to recover your password and we’ll send you a link to choose a new one. If you’re still having trouble, get in touch with us at info@clandestino.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription at any time. Although we’ll be sad to see you go, it’s simple to end your subscription.

Sign into your account > click on ‘Subscriptions’ > Select your active subscription you want to cancel > click the button “Cancel subscription” on the bottom.
